Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time for any paper work or discussion about appointment.

If you are late 15 minutes or more into your appointment time, we will ask you to reschedule to ensure full time for the next client.

Cancellations
If you must cancel your appointment, please do so within 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Failure to do so will result in 50% charge for the scheduled service. If you are a no show, you will be charged 100% for the service scheduled.

Lash Extensions
If you have 40% or less of your lashes left, it will be charged as a full set. Most clients come in every 2-3 weeks for fills to keep their lashes full and to prevent this from happening.
